Products

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for physical products.

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@leighannbuchanan.com so we can resolve the issue.

Services & Digital Products

• Due to the nature of services (e.g., coaching sessions, consultations) and digital products (e.g., downloads, online courses), all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

• If you experience technical issues accessing digital content, email us at team@leighannbuchanan.com for support.

Terms of Service

By purchasing through this store, you agree to the following:

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to purchase.

• Orders: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, with a full refund if payment was received.

• Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. Payment is due at checkout through approved methods provided by Squarespace.

Payment Plans & Recurring Billing

• If you select a payment plan at checkout, you agree to pay the Total Program Price as listed at the time of purchase. Some offerings may require separate third-party fees (e.g., Access Online membership) that are not included in this plan and must be paid directly to the third party.

• By choosing a payment plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to store your payment method and automatically charge each installment on the scheduled dates. You may update your payment method by emailing team@leighannbuchanan.com at least three (3) business days before your next charge.

• Late or Failed Payments: Payments not received within five (5) days of the due date are considered late. A $50 late fee or 1.5% of the overdue amount (whichever is greater) may apply, as permitted by law. We may suspend access to services, sessions, or digital content until your account is current. If a payment remains unpaid after the grace period or a chargeback is initiated, the entire outstanding balance becomes immediately due and we may pursue collection and legal remedies.

• Refunds & Cancellations: All refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Deposits are non-refundable. Services and sessions already delivered are non-refundable. For programs with scheduled sessions, cancellations made within 14 days of the first session are non-refundable.

• No Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate chargebacks for amounts covered by an active payment plan. Billing issues must be directed to team@leighannbuchanan.com for resolution.

• No Credit Relationship: Payment plans are installment arrangements for the purchase price only and do not constitute loans or lines of credit. We do not report to credit bureaus.

• Delivery: Physical products will ship within the estimated time provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs, etc.).

• Services: If your purchase includes a scheduled service (e.g., coaching session), you are responsible for attending at the agreed time. Missed sessions are non-refundable unless rescheduled in advance per our availability.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

• Information We Collect: When you make a purchase, we collect details such as your name, email address, billing/shipping address, and payment information.
