I help leaders innovate how they lead.
Innovation is more than a business buzzword. It’s a leadership competency.
The most effective leaders are defined by their ability to imagine what doesn’t yet exist, translate insight into action, and lead through uncertainty. Like any skill, we hone our capacity to innovate through practice.
I’m a practitioner first, advisor second. For more than 15 years, I’ve launched and led ventures at the intersection of technology, innovation, and social investment, helping deploy over $100 million in philanthropic capital and scale systems that unlock opportunity for people and communities.
Today, I design immersions that build leadership capacity where it’s tested most: in unfamiliar contexts, under real uncertainty, alongside leaders solving problems in ways we rarely see from inside our own institutions. I work with leaders from private and public institutions, family offices, and foundations who are ready to think differently, act decisively, and drive meaningful results.
Because innovation isn’t just about what we build , it’s about how we lead, and the systems of possibility we leave behind.
