The most effective leaders are defined by their ability to imagine what doesn’t yet exist, translate insight into action, and lead through uncertainty. Like any skill, we hone our capacity to innovate through practice. That’s why I’m a practitioner first, advisor second.
For more than 15 years, I’ve leveraged the power of innovation to launch and lead a diverse portfolio of ventures at the intersection of technology and social investment that have helped deploy over $100 million in philanthropic capital to transform outcomes for individuals, organizations, and communities. From founding ventures that scaled to reach over 50,000 innovators, to shaping government initiatives that mobilized companies generating over $7B in economic value, my work has always focused on building systems that unlock opportunity at scale.
In my private practice, I advise leaders from private and public institutions, family offices, and foundations who are ready to strengthen their innovation capacity — to think differently, act decisively, and drive meaningful results. I’m fortunate to have my insights and ideas featured in The New York Times, Inc. Magazine, NPR, PBS, Bloomberg, Government Technology, the ABA Law Journal and the Business Journals.
I believe that, now more than ever, we desperately need more leaders who can leverage innovation to disrupt the status quo and more effectively adapt to change. After all, innovation isn’t just about what we build — it’s about how we lead, and the systems of possibility that make progress inevitable.
