In case Covid-19 travel and gathering restrictions are applied at the time of the retreat prohibiting guests from participating, we will work with registered guests to accommodate alternative dates. All in-person guests must be fully vaccinated.

By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions - which may be amended from time to time - and all applicable laws and regulations. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Agreement to terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Change LAB, LLC, doing business as Leigh-Ann Buchanan ("Blueprint Strategy Retreats", “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the http://www.leighannbuchanan.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.

The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

To be able to participate in a Blueprint Strategy, a $500 deposit must be made in full at the time of booking, and the remaining payment made in full within 30 days following the first day of the start date, at the most. Failure to complete all payments by the due date will result in your form of payment on file being charged, no refunds will be given.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are stating that:

• You have authorized to use the Debit/Credit card and/or PayPal account. 

• You will not charge back, dispute, reverse any payments. 

• We reserve the right to ban any account/person without notice for any reason. 

• You have read the Terms & Conditions and agree. 

• You agree to be bound to the Terms and Conditions and everything listed above and below. No deposit refunds will be granted.

Deposit “Booking Fee”

“Booking Fee”: a non-refundable $500 sum that is required to secure your booking with us. Due to the exclusivity and limited availability, deposits are non refundable. There will be no deposits refunds provided in any circumstances at any time.

Participant Cancellations Policy (Cancellations made by the Participant) 

If you need to cancel your Blueprint Strategy retreat, cancellation fees will apply. All cancellations must be received in writing. Any promotional inclusions (such as products offered) will be deducted from any refund if applicable.

 If for whatever reason you need to cancel your retreat place after you have booked with us, the following refund policy will apply:

If you cancel within 24 hours of booking: Once you have confirmation of your booking you have a further 24hrs to cancel and obtain a full refund, including deposit. After this period, the following conditions will apply:

30 days or more: A full refund minus 5% admin charge will be provided for all cancellations up to 30 days prior to start day of the booked retreat. This excludes the $500 per person booking fee which is non-refundable.

Between 30 - 15 days: A 50% refund will be provided on cancellations between 30 - 15 days prior to the start date of the booked retreat. This excludes the $500 per person booking fee which is non-refundable.

Between 15 - 3 days: A 25% refund will be provided on cancellations between 15 - 3 days or less prior to the start date of the booked retreat. This excludes the $500 per person booking fee which is non-refundable.

72 hours: No refund will be provided on cancellations within 72 hours prior to the start date of the booked. Cancellations less than 72 hours before the start date are non-refundable and will result in 100 % loss of revenue.

No refund will be provided for premature leaving of the retreat or failure to arrive at the retreat for any reason.

No refund will be provided for only part of a booking, for example if a room is booked for two guests who are sharing and one guest is unable to attend, the booking would need to be cancelled as a whole for the above refund policy to apply.

If paying via installments, the above conditions will apply based on the entire price of your booking and not just on any installments paid.

All retreat payments due in full within 30 from the start date of the booked retreat, unless otherwise specified. Clients whose balances are not received by the 30-day deadline, will be charged via the payment method provided at the time of booking.

Cancellations made by Change LAB, LLC 

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a retreat in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a retreat, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed retreat to within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Booking fees paid by guests for a cancelled or postponed retreat shall be applicable to the rescheduled retreat. 

Retreat venue, dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. Change LAB, LLC reserves the right to change any and all instructors for each retreat or event without notice. 

By registering for a retreat, you acknowledge that Change LAB, LLC does not make any representation, warranty, or guarantee of results with regard to the materials or information presented. 

If for any reason Change LAB, LLC must cancel or change the Start Date of any retreat, for any reason whatsoever, you’re entitled to transfer the sums paid to another retreat (either scheduled or at some future time) to be used as credit. Alternatively, you may request a refund of payments made by you to the Company, which will be accommodated for insofar as is possible, taking into consideration any non-retrievable costs to which we committed in anticipation of your Retreat.

Change LAB, LLC is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled Change LAB, LLC such as other accommodation, airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

Use of credit or debit cards will not incur a surcharge if payments are cleared in full at the time of booking.

If The Retreat Has To Close For Any Reason

If the retreat has to close for whatever reason we will inform you as soon as possible. Change LAB, LLC will always give full refunds if this occurs. Change LAB, LLC will refund the retreat cost if applicable, but will not pay for any loss with flights or travel related expenditures. 

Installment payments

Change LAB, LLC allows you to pay for your retreat over up to 3 installments due every month, in accordance with the relevant date of purchase and retreat schedule.  The non-refundable deposit is considered your first installment.

If paying via instalments, due to administration an additional 5% will be charged on all stage payments.

Changing Date

If you would like to change your booking date more than 15 days before the start date of your booked retreat, this is possible via the retreat booking page. If you are looking to change weeks less than 15 days before the start date of your booked retreat, the above cancellation policy will apply and may be waived at the Company’s sole discretion.

Payments at the retreat

Please note that payment for items at the retreat can only be paid for by debit or credit card, PayPal or USD dollars.

Health Restrictions

All health issues including allergies MUST be disclosed at the time of booking. You agree to sign a waiver and self attestation with Change LAB, LLC at least 5 days before your retreat Start Date.

General Waiver

You acknowledge that during any trip with Change LAB, LLC you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged, and insofar as is legally permissible, you surrender your right to any cause of action against Change LAB, LLC, their agents, contractor’s, employee’s and directors, arising from any loss or damage to any person or property that occurs during a Change LAB, LLC up to and including death.

Exclusions

All information provided on the website and any written and verbal form of correspondence is correct at the time of publication.  However, due to mechanical faults, weather conditions, or what insurers call ‘Acts of God’, some amenities may be temporarily unavailable. Very occasionally, we may have to vary the advertised programme due to staff sickness or other unforeseen problems, in which case we will always try to provide an equivalent replacement. This may not always be possible. Clearly we will always do our level best to make sure all activities go ahead if possible. We would also like to point out that the Change LAB, LLC team can change at any time and although we will always endeavour to have a suitable replacement there will be no compensation for the change in team member.

Team Members and Classes:

In the event of one of the team members becoming injured, ill or any emergency situation that forces them to leave the retreat, then this may impact on the retreat plan. We will do whatever we can to adapt to the situation and reduce the impact this may have on your retreat experience, however we may not be able to get a substitute team member out. The retreat will continue to run however things will be adjusted to reflect the team situation. There will be no refunds or compensation to reflect the change in team situation.

Change LAB, LLC will not accept liability for:

• Any of the above events, or others beyond our control.

• Loss, injury, or damage (to you) or your personal property.

• Physical, medical or psychiatric conditions developing during or after your retreat.

Promotions and Discounts

If you have a promotion or coupons please enter the appropriate code at the time of booking to properly redeem your discount. Discounts and supplements may vary from time to time and Change LAB, LLC can alter these at anytime.

Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify without limitation any trainer(s), director(s) or contractor(s) against any injury, malpractice, mishap, or accident during any and all interactions with the Company away from, or at the primary place of business for Change LAB, LLC.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) use of the Site; (2) breach of these Terms of Use; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms of Use; (4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or (5) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Site with whom you connected via the Site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense of such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.

Assumption of Risk

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I/we state that I/we wish to participate in the Change LAB, LLC and all the activities and I/we realise that my/our participation involves the risk of injury and even the possibility of death.  I/we confirm that I/we have either consulted with a doctor before participating in physical activity or I/we am accepting full responsibility for my/our own health and I/we acknowledge the risk involved.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of The United States, international copyright laws, and international conventions. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, the Content and the Marks.

Photo / Video Release – Use of Image

You hereby grant to Change LAB, LLC the absolute and irrevocable right, and unrestricted permissions to use photographic portraits/images/videos in which you feature that are taken during the retreat to use/republish/copyright, etc. for commercial use in association with Change LAB, LLC. You hereby release and discharge Change LAB, LLC from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

Privacy Policy

We care about data privacy and security. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy posted on the Site, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use. Please be advised the Site is hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in the United States, then through your continued use of the Site, you are transferring your data to the United States, and you agree to have your data transferred to and processed in the United States.

Term and Termination

These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.  

We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Site, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Site at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Site during any downtime or discontinuance of the Site. Nothing in these Terms of Use will be construed to obligate us to maintain and support the Site or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.

Corrections

There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.

Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures

Visiting the Site, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS, AND OTHER RECORDS, AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES, AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED BY US OR VIA THE SITE. You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances, or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by any means other than electronic means.

Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site or in respect to the Site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Use operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms of Use and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms of Use or use of the Site. You agree that these Terms of Use will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them. You hereby waive any and all defenses you may have based on the electronic form of these Terms of Use and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute these Terms of Use.

Blueprint Strategy is a smoke free retreat. By booking any retreat with Us you agree to be bound by and adhere to all policies and rules.

This contract is entered into under the laws of the State of Florida and in agreeing to these terms and conditions you are doing so on behalf of yourself and any other parties included in your booking.
